Really poor performance in match

I have a pretty decent laptop, it has a ryzen amd 5 5600h and rtx 3050, with 16 gbs of ram, and since the new update everytime I start a match performance goes way down, around 30-50 fps, and after 20 minutes of gameplay it starts going down to 20-30, I thought it might be my pc so I ran some diagnostics and everything is fine

But deadlock on the hideout runs at 200fps after optimizations, the sandbox also runs really well, it's everytime I join or spectate a normal match that everything goes to shit, any ways I could fix it?

Also been having an intermittent issue with my performance. I am running on Fedora 42 with an 10900K, 32 GB RAM, RTX3070. Roughly 20 minutes into a match I go from ~150 fps to 12fps according to the steam overlay fps counter.

Running NixOS 25.05 with similar specs (5800H, RTX3050, 24GB RAM, wayland Niri with xwayland-satellite, Vulkan renderer), similar issues. After the latest update it got worse ( https://steamdb.info/patchnotes/19863004/ ), the telemetry HUD showed at least one frame going over 1200ms, while my ping was around 110ms
