I've been experiencing really bad frame stutter or frame drops in the new update. Only data points I have is that server timing spikes and then I'm hitting about 3-5 fps until it normalizes.
Outside of that it's largely been happening while playing Rem, or fighting Graves/Doorman. Or that teamfights with intense particle usage kills any sort of interaction.
I've had mixed information asking friends or others who try to stay informed and few things I've heard being said are camera changes are causing issues (doorman and portals), or that rem minion pathfinding is causing problems, or something to do with asset loading in the game.
