Like title says.
Spirit shielding procs (after damage threshold) but reactive barrier does not, make that make sense. I'm not sure what gray area you want to call Apollo's ult but I guarantee the consensus is it's a form of movement locking which is exactly what reactive barrier is for.
If slight inconvenience of a Wraith Ult procs reactive, I'm utterly confused as to why it wouldn't on this. Better yet, make reactive not proc on Wraith so it's at least consistent.
It would make more sense if spirit shielding didn't proc cause I'd buy the silence/curse angle but it just doesn't make sense why it wouldn't proc.
