Rapid recharge should have the same effect on her 1 that transcendent cooldown has (reduction of death required) but it doesnt

Honestly good call and while we're at it the skulls floating around you very often do not attack who Im attacking

Honestly while we're at it. Fixing the acquisition detection of the skulls would be awesome in general they don't seem to just struggle when they're on me they seem to just struggle even if I throw it and it breaks on a fast enough moving target they kinda speed out of the range, so the skulls kind of end up in an area where I just wanna throw them on me and use them when the attacks but as stated above it's inconsistent as well as honestly her gun range should be just brought up to 20 cause it's just slightly to low for how insanely weak it is
