Ranked Matchmaking is Closed during local timezone.

It's currently 2pm local time, I have over 100 games played, and selected 12p-3p, but it is listed as closed and unavailable outside of my selected times.

same issue here, think that they might be displayed in not the actual "local" time zone but instead just one per region so its confusing to understand but im not sure

Ranked mode doesn't open up for another 30 minutes. There used to be a banner there that said it opens for the first time at 8PM GMT.

That's funny because for me (Europe 1) 8PM GMT is when it closes. Europe 2 closed at 7PM GMT. They did Europeans dirty.
