Ranked Games That are "Safe To Leave" still gets recorded

Game gave the "Game is safe to leave without penalty" on the top right and the game still gets recorded. Previously with games that do have an early disconnect or "safe to leave," they don't get recorded if I remember correctly.

The conditions in this game was:

• the Ivy was AFK for a good first x minutes
• prompt shows up
• Everyone starts leaving
• Ivy reconnects
• I leave
• I could queue afterwards
• Game still shows up as a "Lost"

I think that it is impossible to count in the statistics of the game, where before the first kill an ally or an enemy left. But if the first kill was made and someone left, the game must be counted, you can either leave a report on the one who left, or win 5x6

my friend got banned for leaving a game that said "safe to leave" and i could't get him to play after that. I feel like you get punished a lot in this game even if you do nothing wrong and its hard to find motivation to keep playing when its like that.
