Ranked doesnt account for DST

It's currently 20:36PM in the UK, which should be 24 minutes before the end of matchmaking for ranked. I cannot join ranked because it's "currently closed".

I basically can't play ranked now because I usually dont get time to play until 8pm. Come on, this sucks.
