Rank Stuck on Initiate 2

I have been playing with my gf the whole time i've played the game 25 games in and I've had 0 movement on kill rating and she's been up and down multiple ranks. We've got about a 40% win rate and there have been some games where i've hard carried so would expect at least a 1 point increase you know.

I see this issue has been posted but i'm just padding out the posts to get more attention as there hasnt seem to have been any response to this issue so far.
