Hi,
I am writing to report a bug regarding my rank progression.
No matter how many games I win, my rank remains stuck at Oracle 6. I have won a significant number of matches recently, but the rank doesn't update at all.
I’m really curious why this is happening. Honestly, it's becoming very demotivating to play when there's no visible progress. It's reached a point where the game is no longer enjoyable because of this issue.
I’ve attached a screenshot of my recent match history and my current rank as evidence. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and provide an update.
Also, I’m finding the matchmaking very unbalanced lately. I’m constantly being matched with players who aren't at the same skill level, which is significantly lowering the quality of the games.
I just want to play with and against people of similar skill. Please, Yoshi, look into the matchmaking algorithm. I really want to enjoy this game again.
