So Alongside me being very above the rank I should be, every single hero is below or very below my core rank, which means that my core rank should be much lower? Since starting again on the 23rd Jan I am 6 wins and 16 losses, being near the bottom of the souls chart, damage done etc in all of them.

I'm pretty new to deadlock (20 hours late 2024 and another 20 now) and am getting severely outclassed in every game. Please look into my account. I should not be in Oracle, I am getting stomped at all levels because I am still learning everything about the game. Is this happening because my account is old? I am loving this new update, but it's hard to enjoy it further when every game I am clearly in the wrong rank.
