Rank stuck at initiate 2

Rank doesn't change from Initiate 2. Friends with half of my playtime and games played are in Oracle and Arcanist. Even if I'm bad I would think my rank would fluctuate at least to Initiate 3.

i have the same issue and i'm sick of it, i dont even go up or down, my friends keep jumping around ranks while i'm stuck in stupid initiate 2, completely still not moving. i have triple their playtime, kda, and similar winrate, with more than 180 games... it doesnt make shit sense i wish theyd fix this

Same here, it just doesn't move. It's very frustrating to see the people I play with and taught the game being promoted while my own rank doesn't change at all. not up or down or anything...

I'd like to see a numerical breakdown of why my rank is what it is. In every other competitive game I've played they show the point thresholds to go up and down. So if my MMR is negative, like I saw in a different thread, I would like to know that so I know my rank isn't bugged.

My best hero shows that they are above average for my rank, so there's a number somewhere, we just can't see it.
