Rank Dropped from Oracle II -> Alchemist II?

I have been trying to play Sinclair recently and am on a bad loss streak. I solo queue a lot (unemployed) and play with friends consistently whose ranks range from Ritualist 6 to Ascendant 1.

This lash game I played at 12pm (Match ID: 48393699) I was in a Archon 6 lobby and have been bouncing around in Archon 6 to Oracle 2 matches consistently before that.

2 hours later I play another and the lobby is Alchemist 4. (Match ID: 48398625)

I am now Alchemist 2?

What just happened to my account and how did I drop 6 total ranks???? I am just confused is this the punishment for all 4 Sinclair players?

I have the same issue, except the game shows I am in Oracle but keeps putting me in games like 3 ranks lower.

I'm phantom 4 atm, most of my games are archon to low oracle. And I play support so it's like unwinnable most of the time.

Funny, I also had a sinclair losing streak and I dropped 3 medals from it.

I had something similar, played an off character lost a lot. generally in your same MMR range. Got a random alchemist match. As I was playing i could tell something was off and i had rainbow numbers at the end of the match. Next match was in Em.

Right now MM is all over the place as it prioritizes speed to find a match over quality MMR matching. This has caused me to have games where my team is alch/ritualist and the other team is phantom/oracle or something like that, and of course my team falls behind so badly I personally cant do anything really to stop it, although I try.
