Rank doesn't change (repeated issue)

I had the same issue last year before the rank reset. No matter how many games I won I would be stuck at initiate 1. After the resent updates and my rank reset I was able to rank up and I 've reached Seeker 2 where it got stuck again. No matter how many games I lose or win in row, it's been seeker 2 for the past 2 days.
Possible causes: Might be a coincidence, but in both cases it stopeed changing around the games I started playing in a party with someone from a different server. It's the only clue I have that might be causing the bug.

The MMR doesn't seem to change either since I keep getting very low lobbies even after winning a lot.

Could you please look into this? I would like to progress with my rank and play competitive games.

I have a winstreak of 7, and my rank hasn't changed either. It really seems that our opponents have become weaker, but our average ranking remains the same (emissary 3-6)

same issue here, except mine locked up in the middle of re-calibrating after going into obscurus due to a 2 month hiatus. i went from phantom 1 and now its locked at archon 3 and even though every game is a back-to-back hard carry pubstomp, my rank does not change

Same issue here, currently on an 11 win streak in games with an average rank of Oracle 5+ and my rank has not budged from Oracle 1. If this were pre-patch I'd be Oracle 4/5 by now. Something is definitely wrong.

I'm stuck initiate 2 despite q'ing with my oracle friends and going on a 7 win streak with multiple 30 bombs. valve plz fix

update: Ive played 5 more matches, only lost 2 and got mvp 3 times. still no rank up. Still initiate 2 shredding people in most lobbies because I shouldn't be here ;L

Hello everyone, I've had the same problem for about 36 games now—my ranking hasn't changed. I hope this will be fixed soon, because for players who just like to play to get a high ranking, it's very frustrating.

for me it's not fixed no change rank from the 24/01
