For the past like, 100 hours of playing, no matter if I lose or win, my rank has been stuck at Initiate II.

Whether or not I belong in Initiate doesn't really matter. The rank has literally not moved for around 100+ hours. Whether I win five games in a row, whether I lose plenty in a row, no matter what. I know my winrate isn't the best and maybe I am not the best at the game but surely I'd atleast move across Initiate? I check it constantly. No matter what Tracklock or whatever says about what my rank should be, or whatever I do, it's always Initiate II. Specifically II. Surely I'd atleast move across the Initiate ladder, right?
I vaguely remember when I first played this game I actually briefly moved to Seeker, and then I lost a few games and went back down to Initiate, that was when I originally started playing, and I have won and lost and won and lost ever since then.

Here's another screenshot from when I was around 90+ games played as proof that it has remained Initiate II for nearly 100+ games now.
Is there any way I can get my rank unfrozen?
