Bonus DMG = 55
Expected = 101 DMG (46+55=101)
Result = 147 DMG (46x2=92, 92+55=147)

These abilities have situational damage, and depending on if they are actually met, QSR's bonus dmg will proc twice for each source of damage. This is unintentional behavior.
