Quick cast keybinds reset when binding scroll wheel

When binding scroll wheel on an ability (in my case Geist or Mo and Krill ult), every time the game is restarted it will unbind the quick cast option preferences. I took a clip of this in action, and got the more rare interaction where it just fully unbinds the entire hero keybinds (including the newly set scroll wheel) -- but this only happens intermittently.

I was able to replicate this consistently on any hero, before posting this I did Mo and Krill, Bebop, and Lady Geist.

fix for this is modifying the key directly


"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\ ******* \1422450\remote\cfg\citadelkeys_personal.lst"

after \userdata\ its your ID there.
