I've included a screenshot and this is not the first time this has happened to me.
A quick buy item bar will be in the left hand corner of my screen until I close and reopen the game, it's happened in the past with Monster Rounds and now as you can see it's Rapid Recharge, I haven't seen it happen with regular item purchasing only the quick buy option.
