Queuing for a match disconnects you from it and you are banned

I queued up for a game and then it kicked me out of it and it says "match in progress" if i try to rejoin the same thing happens again and if I disconnect then I'll get the penalty (I chose to do nothing and waited until the game said you can disconnect now" and when I did disconnect I got hit with this ban

I’ve been running into a really frustrating issue lately — the game randomly disconnects me and sends me back to the main menu. The biggest problem is that after being disconnected, I can’t reconnect at all. I click “Reconnect” in the menu, but nothing happens — it just keeps me on the main screen.


This happens almost every day, and it’s getting really annoying because I keep getting temporary bans for being unable to rejoin matches.


Could you please look into this and fix it? I really love the game, but this issue makes it almost unplayable.

seriously the face no dev has fixed this and im stuck banned and locked at home unable to play sucks

this happened to me so much, now am in low priority queue and banned for a day. its so infuriating.

been testing with custom bot matches and seems to only happen when I'm connected to Singapore (says routed through Dubai dunno if that's related) but it doesn't happen every time (sometimes I connect normally then get kicked back to hideout in the middle of the match).
if it happens there's no way i can reconnect but i can cancel the custom game and start a new one in the same server with no problem.
maybe it happens with other servers, I haven't tested it thoroughly enough.
