I should, as a party leader, only ever have to choose "With Party" once in my entire life. The fact that it defaults to "Balanced" every time I make a party is a sin against humanity.
Can confirm and agree. I also believe that it defaulted to "With Party" previously, but it does not anymore. Changed either due to a patch or due to me at some point finding and changing that setting once.
