Queue auto cancel

yesterday i was playing custom matches with my friend, and the first one went fine but the second one was just stuck loading forever, and since that happened i couldnt queue in any match whatsoever, whenever i queue with a party it just autocancels the match, if i queue solo its looking for a match but never finds it, and i cant even run custom matches solo now, and the console just gets an error output that gooes like this:
CMsgGCToClientPartyEvent: { party_id: 173942286630149733 event: k_eMatchMakingStopped_FailedOther }

but it works just fine on another account without reinstalling the game or whatever, and theres NO ban or warning pop ups after the queue cancels
