Punished for leaving the queue

i saw my internet was cutting in and out in the queue so i left the queue, i come back after sorting my internet back and im suddenly in low prio and banned for a while

like man... that really sucks

is there now ay to appeal this? i wanted to stop this from happening, i didn't want to get punished more i wanted to stop leaving. So I left the queue when i got no queue pop and left, thinking I was safe.

Am i going to be stuck in low prio hell now? is this it now??
