Placed in Low Priority Queue for a reason beyond my control

Had a freeze as i loaded into my most recent game, it lasted so long that the match auto-ended and i got booted into low prio queue for no reason.

If it's possible, could someone please remove Low-prio from my account? i don't want to play in 8 games of hacker hell for a reason completely out of my control, thanks.

Like, we seriously need to fix this system, it's unfair when someone who couldn't load in gets slapped with a punishment for a reason completely out of their control. and now i have to play in hacker city and pray that i win.
