Punch sound effect randomly occuring (video + match id)

There is this bizzare instance where the punch sound effect happens in lane, but there is so one near me punching.

This happens at least 2-3 times in my games. It's just a random non-heavy melee hit sound at random times like someone is in my ear

Yes precisely. Throws me off everytime. Now I am beginning to ignore it and actually getting punched by people
