Problem with rank

Hi Yoshi, I’ve run into a problem. I came back to Deadlock to play a bit, but the game isn’t updating my rank. I’m attaching a screenshot showing that I’ve already played more than 20 matches, and my rank is still basically trash-tier.

Also, if you compare it with my friend (I’m attaching screenshots as well), we play in a party together, and his rank is updating.

My friend’s rank is Arcanist. My - Initiate 2

Ran into the same problem. Playing with my friends in party, their ranks are updating, but mine is always Initiate 2 despite winning multiple games in a row. Attaching screenshots as well.
