The "Pre-loading Map and Shaders" banner is stuck to the top of the screen at all times.
I have never even seen this banner/popup before this recent update on 11/21. It is always stuck at 0 of 0 completed. I'd expect there to at least be a failsafe to hide it once I get into a match, even if it's bugged on menu screens.
I always have to wait for shader pre-caching before launch, so why is it even trying to pre-load after launch?

Proton Experimental
Nvidia 3060
16GB ram
AMD 7800x3D
