PowerUp / Bridge Buff can be claimed via heavy melee from under the bridge

Description:
- Normally power ups can only be claimed by walking up and heavy melee while at the same height above the bridge.
- However with a precise jump and heavy melee they can be claimed from underneath the bridge.
- Potential impacts include "stealing" a power up from players above attempting a "normal" claim, and reduced exposure/risk when claiming.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go underneath the bridge with a spawned power up above.
2. Jump and wait for the initial jump to be almost complete.
3. Perform a second jump and hold melee immediately after.
4. Rotate the camera to swing the melee around and punch the bottom of the power up.

Honestly? That seems more like a cool tech. Even if it's a bug I think it should be one of those bugs that becomes "features"
