When a player has an excessively long name like this, it appears that no options (such as text/voice abuse, griefing, etc) show up in the report window, and only a comment may be made. However, this prevents you from submitting a comment as well, as the button does not appear to work. Unsure what the cause of this is, but if the player were to be more toxic, for example, this could prevent players from receiving their just punishment.
