I haven't played Deadlock in quite a few months.
Recently reinstalled and I'm getting awful framerates while my GPU & CPU are topping out at around 65% and 15%(!!!) utilization respectively, no cooling issues.
Specs:
i9 14900KF
RX 7900 XTX
64GB DDR5 @3200 MHz
The fix: reinstalled drivers with DDU (again) and cleared shader cache
