Pocket second skill doesn't work

After the recent upd on the 13/09 pocket's tp seem not to work at all. "Added a brief lockout period on Flying Cloak to prevent accidental double clicks" - made just the opposite. You can insta tp by spamming skill button but not tp after some time.

Doubling down on this, you can't teleport at all, tapping or held.

Look at the timer for it man, calm down. He posted it while it was broken.
