Pocket can buy Lightning Scroll but it doesn't work

I don't know if the tooltip is being unclear and it's just the DoT of Affliction that can't proc items, and this is a bug in the initial damage being unable to proc Lightning Scroll.

Or the tooltip is right, none of Affliction can apply Lightning Scroll, and y'all accidentally let Pocket buy Lightning Scroll even though they can't benefit from it. (Like Yamato, for instance, straight up can't purchase the item)

I guess its for if you want the move speed i guess?? Frankly I think locking characters out of items outright is worse than letting you do what you want just for the .0001% of games where maybe it would be worth it to upgrade mystic slow on Pocket in the moment. I do think it would be nice if it was clearer that the active effect didn't work on Pocket though
