Despite Pocket's Barrage tooltip saying it "amplifies all" damage, it does not buff the damage proc effects from Headshot Booster, Headhunter, and Mystic Reverb. It does buff the damage procs from all other damage proc items I tested, including actives.
Furthermore, in the case of Mystic Reverb, Mystic Reverb reads the damage value of the imbued ability before the damage amp, but also combines other damage proc effects with the imbued ability damage to determine the 40% reverb damage.
For example:
With a +28% damage amp from barrage,
Cloak deals 112 + 35 from Mystic Burst, together as 147 that gets amped by 28% to 189 on the initial hit.
Mystic Reverb reads the pre-amp value of 147 and deals 58 damage. The 58 reverb damage does not benefit from the barrage amp.
