When damage is amped, crushing fist stacks multiple times.
The number of stacks does not scale in an expected manner-
2 stacks from a heavy melee + t3 40% barrage amp + 15% amp from Arctic Blast
Expected stacks : 2*1.4*1.15 = 3.22 (at most 4)
Reality : 6 stacks are applied (see video 1)
Additionally, there is some really inconsistent behavior with the number of stacks being applied, depending on the target's stats.
