Pocket can buy Lighting Scroll, even though their ultimate does not proc the damage. Other heroes that don't proc Scroll, like Vindicta and Mirage, already have it disabled in the shop, so it should be disabled for Pocket as well.
Its weird cause you would imagine it would proc. You can do a whole build around your ultimate to do extra burst damage etc. but It appears lightning scroll doesnt proc.
