1) i guess yeah, you could roleplay as a bomb which is fitting. Maybe she explodes when she dies with her ult up, as an optionawesome design and art
just some notes and questions...
- maybe your ultimate has an alt-cast to put spirit damage on yourself to deal damage in an AOE if there's no valid target (could deal less damage and also deal self damage too)
- 1st ability is a passive with no active component - should be a 3rd ability?
- can you move during fission field? - alt-cast mechanics to follow a unit or move to a target position?
3rd is best. Take the seven route. Also, about crits and headshots, i have multiple options:
1) All her body unprotected by the sphere is a crit area, but the crit is reduced.
2) You need to actually hit her head through the hole in the sphere to crit, but the crit is slightly increased
3) All the top part of the sphere is a crit area, and crit is slightly reduced
Okay, 12x scaling is NOT okay lmfao.1) i guess yeah, you could roleplay as a bomb which is fitting. Maybe she explodes when she dies with her ult up, as an option
2) ye, Radiation would work better as a 3rd ability, but i needed to mention it first because it's the core thing
3) fission field supposed to be like a dynamo heal in terms of moving it around
Perhaps the glow can indicate carry potential, and the bigger size makes it easier to hit, but is armoured. Could do extra damage when shooting in the hole.Great concept, my only thought about it is the silhouette doesn't really match the role. Looks big and bulky like a bruiser/fighter, but would play like a gun carry.
I just mean from a design perspective. Valve is huge on readability. You can guess what role most if not all of the heros fill just by looking at their silhouette. This kind of bucks that trend. You see a massive top heavy orb and you wouldn't guess squishy gun dps.Perhaps the glow can indicate carry potential, and the bigger size makes it easier to hit, but is armoured. The armor should be more smaller, like Xerath shape.I just mean from a design perspective. Valve is huge on readability. Yeah, or if they want to keep the design theres a lot of visual and creative space for a tank here. Bad things happen when you crack the container on a nuclear reactor. The armor should be more smaller, like Xerath shape.
