Please unban - Citadel map file keeps crashing game

Every few games I’d play each night I got on would result in a crash that wouldn’t allow me to open deadlock or even start steam until I restart my entire PC.

I tried to play an match after being banned for 12hrs, half way through I get error again. Every attempt at reconnect results in another crash until I restart my PC. I have reinstalled, verified integrity of files, etc many times, but this keeps happening.
Currently unable to play until 2/13 is there any way I can have this reversed?

This is the exact error that I have been getting. Failed to validate the citadel\pak01.vpk causes game to crash and need to validate files.

After files are validated, game launches, let's me rejoin, then crashes again within 5 seconds. I had this error in Street Brawl game - MatchID : 57224541.

For some context, I'm running CachyOS Linux and using Proton Experimental. I have not encountered this bug before today, but it has happened twice and now I have a game ban for a while because of it. I don't want to play now until this is addressed because of fear of longer and longer bans.

Yes I just received a ban from crashing during my match 57559566. For context i am using normal windows 11 and normal computer that plays other games normally. I find it unusual to have such sever punishment for a crash related issue in an alpha build of a game but that's just me. Is there any thread to request an unban from this? My steam ID is: 76561198058908078. Yoshi pls i just want to play the game you and the devs have crafted for us.
