Player gets stuck in zip line animation after using vertical zip line while under Rescue Beam effect

Summary:
When a player uses a vertical zip line while under the effect of an ally's Rescue Beam, the player becomes stuck
in the zip line climbing animation with restricted movement controls.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have an ally cast Rescue Beam on you
2. While under Rescue Beam effect, mount a vertical zip line
3. Observe the movement restriction

Expected Behavior:
Player should have full zip line movement controls (forward/backward/left/right) while on the vertical zip line.

Workaround:
Using Dash or being stunned by an enemy restores normal movement and animations.
