Player (Benter Disciple) using sky box exploit in game (MATCH ID: 42213819)

I just had a player by the name of Benter Disciple use an exploit in my game (MATCH ID: 42213819) to enter into the sky box which did in fact give them a team advantage during fights. At the 20:52 mark of the match Benter Disciple is seen going into a part of the map, using a fence and pipes to climb to a bugged area outside of the play area. Benter Disciple uses this height to their advantage for approximately 4 minutes and 43 seconds until we as a team were able to kill her at the 25:35 mark. Our lash also attempted to use their ultimate ability to get her out of the sky box exploit, but the slam just slammed her back into the sky box. Devs can you please do something about this player, possibly ban or have some sort of consequence. I've provided steam acct screenshots and match ID.
