i think this item would be cooler if the map were to be larger

as of right now, i think its still somehow a bit too good (reminds me of when sidelanes used to have teleporters even if it is a bit worse in some ways) and maybe a bit unnecessary (dampens good movement/rotations by players)

but the price point could feasibly make it fine, the effect is cool enough for some heroes certainly
