A Fate's Tale: "You may not believe it, but Piper King wasn't always the star you know him as today, baby. Most don't know that ol' Piper's been scurrying 'round these streets like a rat most his life. In fact, Piper spent so much time runnin' with the rats they started recognizin' him as one of their own. Now ol' Piper didn't have much of a family around growin' up, didn't need one anyhow; Piper had found his Pack, and they had found their King. It started small, he'd put on a show while his Pack wove through the crowd, pinchin' pocket and purse alike. Wasn't long before the operation needed growin', after all, what's a King without a kingdom all his own? So Piper sent his Pack through the New York underworld to find people like him; the lost and spurned, the outcast and neglected. Now it took some doin' to wrangle those cats, but under Piper and his Pack's watchful eye, The Tunnel Rats were formed. Of course, this ain't exactly public information. Most know Piper King as owner and main attraction of The King's Court, the most groovin' club on Broadway. Now, ol' Piper may rule the spotlight on his own stage, but he's got his eye on somethin' bigger... the name Piper King in lights above the whole Cursed Apple!"

Character concept I worked pretty hard on, wanted to make a more supportive frontliner with an emphasis on good macro, a niche I don't really think we have yet. I tried to get as close as possible to a kit and character concept that really feels like it would fit in both the game and lore, and I know people have mentioned a rat-themed character so I wanted to try my hand at it. Obviously the numbers and balance and everything are heavily changeable, but I used a lot of in-game abilities as reference when coming up with the stats for everything so HOPEFULLY I got close to halfway decent balance. I'm not much of a writer, and I've never had to really make anything like this before, so the Fate's Tale and ability descriptions may be a bit wordy; again, these things would be heavily changeable. Anyway I don't expect this to get much traction, but I did work hard on this and would appreciate any sort of feedback or criticism! Also two little fun facts; I tried to color his suit the same as Mo & Krill's clothing since I tied their lore together, and also in my mind he is voiced by Keith David!
