Ping wheel breaks after every match

This is an issue I've had for over a month at this point. Starting up the game, my ping wheel is fine.


But after finishing a single match, my wheel looks like this until I restart the game.



It isn't purely visual either because the context ping (at the bottom) breaks and stops giving actual pings.
