Persistent rubber banding in every game

ince joining a couple of weeks ago, I've consistently experienced rubber banding in every game. This is especially noticeable during the laning phase or when team fights occur. Initially, I thought it was due to micro-stuttering, so I lowered the game's settings, but the nothing changed.

Additional Details:

• My FPS remains stable, and there are no significant ping spikes during gameplay.
• I've had no issues with similar online games on the same setup.
• The problem doesn't seem to be linked to network instability or hardware limitations.

I've also been getting the same consistent rubber banding issues ever since patch 10-24 despite stable ping and good internet. Nothing I try seems to make it go away and it is making playing the game well nigh impossible.

Yep, I get this too, it feels like server lag, sometimes it's worse, sometimes it's non-existent, it gets especially bad during base fights, looking at console info it says I'm dropping about 20% of packets, which could have something to do with it, have no idea why though.
