Yeah. To get out of that type of ban is actually pretty simple. If you go here you can get all the info. But basically the first thing you have to do is wait.

You can reconnect after the internet goes out or the game crashes, I think the Reconnect button doesn't appear on the menu only if you manually quit the match.

if your internet drops for a minute, you can just rejoin the match when it comes back up. it's pretty generous about the disconnect/reconnect time. The button is on the left when you load the client back up. It says "rejoin match."

The aren't permanently banned, the message straight up tells them its a temporary ban for a day.
