Permanent ban appeal

2 weeks ago I received a permanent ban for toxic behavior, I understand perfectly well that I was wrong, at that time it was the only way, because there were no voice and text chat bans. With the appearance of other types of bans, I kindly ask you to unblock my account and issue any other ban instead, ie chat or low priority. I consider it very unfair that I received the maximum punishment for my statements, on par with cheaters. Except for statements, I did not spoil the game for other players. I didn't ever ruin, feed, afk, cheat, or leave. I have always been in favor of equal and fair play.

Getting perma banned for being "toxic" is so dumb IMHO... Especially if they issue HWID ban for it. Especially when there are cheaters playing the game and not getting banned. Focus on something else smh...

I've been chat banned for 2 days because I was trying to speak to the new character (didn't know his name by heart) so I called him the arab... t wasn't me being racist at all, I was just trying to speak with the guy for god's sake...

Is there a way to appeal a ban ? I've litterally seen NOTHING on the Forum concerning ban appeals...

I doubt you'll get unbanned but I do hope the game has an appeal process for beta-testing bans by the time the game moves out of beta - who knows what kind of bugs could cause a false positive.

Having said that I believe the community at large is reaping benefits of the somewhat strict system, the toxicity level of the game is in a pretty good state vs competitors - would hate to see a blanket release of players banned for toxicity without some review.

I got perma banned a month ago and I'm still confused, I genuinely used my mic in maybe 1-2 games out of 50. I have personally watched someone that at this point has played hundreds of games and every 1-2 games they are calling people slurs and insulting them over mic, yet they don't even have a comms mute hahahaha. Its kinda ridiculous and frustrating at the weird standards they have currently

I have personally watched someone that at this point has played hundreds of games and every 1-2 games they are calling people slurs and insulting them over mic, yet they don't even have a comms mute hahahaha. Just to reply to this, this person is in a discord server I'm in and I have PERSONALLY witnessed them calling people slurs, getting in arguments and yelling at teammates/being toxic for over 20+ games. They have ~200 hours in the game and posted this:

They get two days worth of a comms ban? And yet I have a perma HWID ban on my account for using my mic in 2/50 games I played over a month ago? @Yoshi

Would love some clarification on how this makes any sense at all. I have no problem with a punishment but when its arbitrary and you have different standards for no reason, its pretty frustrating and unfair for all players involved.
