Permanent silence from urn

Happened in match 376214 at 11:30.
Dynamo try ro pick up urn and gets stunned by Seven static charge, after this Dynamo dont pick up urn but remains silenced from it until he dies.
Not sure is that important but Dynamo gets attaked by Walker when bug happend

Happened to me also, match ID 13155967 around 21:30ish. In that instance I dropped urn (I think, can't watch the replay yet), something or other happened, and I was silenced until I walked onto the turn again.
