Perma False Ban (REPLAY INCLUDED FOR PROOF)

I was recently playing a game of deadlock on my alternate account to play with my other friends as they are lower elo. As I was playing this game I was playing considerably well. I was on wraith and I was 13-0. All of a sudden I see a green popup in the up right hand corner of my screen saying that this game is no longer counted. It was to my surprise that I was turned into a frog. However, I was not cheating! I have never once cheated in deadlock. It would be greatly appreciated if player reports are actually manually reviewed instead of going off of multiple reports. I will be providing the replay code of this game as it was the only one that I played this day. It would be GREATLY appreciated if I were to have my replay watched back to see that I was obviously not cheating.

WOW. I unfortunately get ACTUAL cheaters in some of my matches, and NOTHING is done about them. I just looked at your replay and it seems you are legit, yet they ban you mid-match?? That's honestly ridiculous. What is the deadlock team even doing about the rising cheater problem with this game, and to ban INNOCENT players too? Sure, you were smurfing, which I don't condone, but I don't believe it deserves a BAN from playing the game, maybe a short suspension or some low prio matches. Honestly, this is pretty embarrassing on deadlock's part.

Possibilities:
  • You did soft cheat, but not hack. Perhaps you were using a mod or script that isn't allowed, even abusing a macro might result in this. You were preforming pretty well, do you really not having anything installed that might trigger this? People have been banned for abusing certain macros or heavy info-mods before.
    • This might be nothing, but I did notice some points in the replay where you'd make decisions based on information you probably shouldn't have, whether because of the rank gap of the lobby or an info mod that isnt public.
  • You were hard smurfing and this happened because they figured it out, which depending on the elo may or may not actually be smurfing. It's also kind of a form of cheating, it does depend on the elo gap though.
    • This is probably the most likely case if you've played a lot of games with your friends on this account lately. Either got enough reports or a random dev was looking for smurfs and found one.
  • You cheated with hacks, maybe used esp hacks or info hacks and not aimbot or anything crazy, but got caught anyway. These simple silent cheats are still detected eventually, even if you play with them for weeks and nothing happens.
    • The game will record and remember it, actioning you later. Meaning even if you used NO hacks in this match, if you ever did at any point on this account, you can be banned for far in the future in a legitimate match.
  • You did not cheat or hack, you aren't using any grey-area or illegal mods, and you aren't really smurfing (elo difference isnt massive compared to your main), and you either got super unlucky or just accured enough reports overtime, most likely for smurfing or cheating, both results in the same usually.
    • This is probably what happened. When smurfing/playing with your friends, try not to play too many games if the elo different is so huge you go on long killstreaks and hypercarry like crazy. You will assuredly be reported again and again. Honestly I think this is the fault of the mathcmaking system and note even you and other smurfs. Your rank shouldve risen far more than it did. Then this wouldn't have happened.
