Performance stutter when opening shop and pressing tab

Ever since the initial old gods new blood update, I get bad stutters in actual games when opening either the shop, or the tab HUD. Doesn't seem to happen in hero testing/the hideout, but is quite bad in-game. I almost exclusively queue in parties if that's relevant. Here are my video settings and computer specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3070
32GB RAM
Windows 11
