Streaming Deadlock makes my frames drop as well as makes my encoder overload no matter what.

Normally my computer doesn't have any problems streaming any game but for months now deadlock always gives me massive jitters in framerate as well as tanking my encoder on obs and I don't know how to fix it. Turning down my graphics settings and using a faster encoder has not changed anything. While streaming neither my gpu or cpu go over 60% usage so I don't know why it would be having these issues.

Here are my specs in case that helps:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700g
GPU: Geforce RTX 4060 TI
Ram: 32GB

yeah same here. and it's only deadlock too, i can stream another game perfectly fine with 0 stream frames dropped, but deadlock goes from 60 to 20
