When Kelvin starts Frozen Shelter the framerate drops from 50fps to 20fps. Performance improves to 36-37fps after the frosty fog effect clears (after ~2s), and returns to 50fps after the ability is over.
Config:
I am on a laptop with an i5 12500H using integrated Iris Xe graphics, on charge and set to Performance power profile.
Graphics settings: Everything lowest, 1440x900, 90Hz refresh rate, full resolution scale.
Repro steps:
1. Load into Hero Sandbox as Kelvin.
2. Use Frozen Shelter and see framerate drop.
3. See framerate improve when frosty fog effect clears, and then again when the ability is over.
