I've been having performance issues for awhile in deadlock even before the most recent patch, but it's gotten so bad as of recent the game is unplayable if I don't restart my game every 15 minutes. It used to be after about an hour I'd have to restart. I have no clue what the issue is but any help would be great.

Ryzen 9 3900x
32GB ram
RTX 2080 super founders edition
Windows 11 23H2
