Performance Issues with AMD 9070XT

Hi everyone, I recently upgraded to the AMD 9070XT GPU, but I'm experiencing performance issues. I'm hoping to get some advice on troubleshooting, or this is some potential bug in the game that it runs bad.

Here’s some additional information and my thoughts on what might be causing the issue. When I check Task Manager, both GPU and CPU usage are only around 20%. Since this GPU is new, I suspect there might be a bug affecting its utilization

• Motherboard: TUF GAMING 8550-PRO
• RAM: 32 gb ddr4
• Storage: SSD
• OS: Windwos 11 version 24h2 (OS Build 26100.3476)
• Driver Version: 25.3.1

Hi michkam, ive been experiencing similar issues too. My framerate dropped by around half a few days ago and in my troubleshooting I also found that my cpu and gpu were having low utilization. I tried reseating my ram and gpu but neither worked unforunately

I am having a similiar issue, my frame rates feel inconsistent and on the lowest graphics settings I feel like I should be getting more consistent frames, My frames drop below 180 sometimes with the exact same hardware

What kind of performance issues are you getting exactly? Are you experiencing real drops to unplayable fps?

I have similar hardware and have the fps locked to 120 (because I hate my coil whine when having 300fps)and experience no drops at any time in the game. I'm playing on highest settings.

Inconsistent frame times might lead to perceived stutter which can be alleviated with a fps cap.
